For International delivery via EMS (Standart shipping courier)

• Delivery from 7 up to 30 working days
• Delivery is 10$
• All orders will be processed and shipped in 2-5 days after receiving the payment

For International delivery via FedEx (Express shipping courier)

• Delivery in 4 working days
• Shipping cost is 60$
• Tracking is available for all express delivery orders. Customers will receive tracking number for parcel, so you can follow its journey.
• All orders will be processed and shipped in 2-5 days after receiving the payment

For international customers:

• International orders can be returned for a refund within 14 business days of receiving original order.
• Please note, 2KStyle.com will accept return in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Order must be returned in the original packaging, including tags.
• Please note, 2KStyle.com will not accept the return with the evidence of scent or marks of perfume or deodorant.
• Please note, 2KStyle.com will not accept the return of items on sale.
• Customers are responsible for shipping and handling expenses and they are non-refundable.

For moldavian customers:

• Customers from Moldova can return for a refund within 7 days of receiving original order.

Exchanges

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

• Items can be exchanged to a different size or color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. When we receive return we will send the replacement to you.
• Please note, customers can exchange only once per item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Money will be refunded (excluding shipping cost) to original payment method.
